Itinerary
**4:00 PM - Hotel Pickup**
Your evening begins with a convenient pickup from your Marrakech accommodation. Our professional guide will brief you on what to expect during the day's activities and answer any questions about the desert experience.
**4:45 PM - Arrival at the Desert Camp**
After a scenic 45-minute drive through the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, we arrive at our exclusive desert camp. The landscape gradually transforms from cultivated fields to rocky, arid terrain, offering excellent photo opportunities along the way.
**5:00 PM - Camel Preparation & Introduction**
Upon arrival, our experienced camel handlers will introduce you to your camel and provide basic safety instructions. You'll be fitted with traditional Tuareg indigo robes—a memorable experience that allows you to dress like a true desert nomad. Our camels are well-trained, gentle, and accustomed to guests of all experience levels.
**5:15 PM - Golden Hour Camel Trek**
As the afternoon light begins to soften, you'll embark on a guided camel trek across the rolling desert hills. The journey takes approximately 90 minutes, allowing you to witness the spectacular transformation of the sky as the sun descends toward the horizon. Your guide will share insights about the desert ecosystem, local Berber culture, and the history of desert trade routes. The gentle pace of the camel allows you to fully absorb the landscape's beauty.
**6:45 PM - Return to Camp & Relaxation**
As twilight settles over the desert, you'll return to the camp. Here, you'll have time to freshen up and relax. Welcome mint tea and fresh pastries are served while you take in the tranquil desert atmosphere.
**7:30 PM - Traditional Dinner**
Our chef presents an authentic three-course Moroccan dinner prepared in traditional style. The meal typically includes:
- First course: Selection of Moroccan salads (taktouka, zaalouk, hummus)
- Main course: Tender chicken or lamb tagine with vegetables, served with fresh bread

**10:00 PM - Stargazing**

**10:30 PM - Return to Marrakech**
As the evening winds down, we begin the scenic drive back to Marrakech, arriving at your accommodation by 11:30 PM.
